Inspired by the older brother of Osman I, the founder of the Ottoman Empire, one of the mightiest and longest-lasting dynasties in world history, spanning across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa for more than 600 years. The discovery of new herbs and spices across several borders created the flavours you taste today. Being the first Turkish Restaurant in Stopsley, we at SAVCI are determined to ensure our diners have a culinary experience rich in taste, blending traditional authentic dishes with contemporary techniques.
